PHILADELPHIA – Brian P. Seaman presented at the 13th Annual Advanced Forum on Managed Care Disputes and Litigation hosted by the American Conference Institute on March 30. Seaman hosted a breakout workshop called “Reciprocal Guidance – How Exchange of Information between In-House and Law Firm Lawyers Can Lead to DEI Results.” During this workshop, the various managed care lawyers will brainstorm on what information and practical guidance can (and should) be exchanged between clients and firms to ensure that each is driving inclusion and equity.
Seaman serves as the firm’s Chief Diversity Officer, leading the firm-wide inclusion and equity initiatives. Over the last five years, he has orchestrated the design and implementation of the firm’s diversity and inclusion strategies. He has helped to chart a multi-year roadmap for Stradley Ronon to develop best practices, and regularly acts as a resource to the board of directors and other key members of firm leadership on diversity issues.
