Held on Sept. 15, her panel, “Managing the Modern and Evolving Work Paradigm,” discussed the dynamic changes afoot in law firms around retention, hybrid work, culture, and mobility.
As Deputy Executive Director, Parker combines her practical legal experience and passion for people-centricity to drive operational agility and exceptional client service. Working closely with firm leadership, Parker supports firm operations and strategic initiatives, integrated technology and business process improvement, practice group management, talent acquisition and integration, advancing diversity and professional development across the firm.
