PHILADELPHIA – Stradley Ronon Partner Patrick R. Kingsley was a presenter at the American Bar Association’s Tort, Trial and Insurance Practice Spring Conference for its Fidelity and Surety Law Committee in Lake Tahoe, California.

Kingsley’s seminar presentation, “First Things First: Foundational Principles,” addressed the fundamental questions about payment bond claims, with a reminder of where the focus should be to successfully resolve the claim and maintain the important rights of the surety for recovery.
