Partner Michael Engle has been featured in a Law360 Pro Bono Spotlight article after a three-year effort by a Stradley Ronon team led to the release of 63-year-old Bruce Murray, who was wrongly convicted of murder and spent 41 years in prison.
Michael spoke to Law360 about the information that came to light after his investigation of Philadelphia Police Department homicide files: "It was the first time any lawyer that had ever represented Bruce Murray had access to all the information in the case, and ultimately, that led us to find that there were numerous pieces of evidence and information that were withheld from the defense."
