PHILADELPHIA — Stradley Ronon is bolstering its litigation department with the additions of counsel David Scott and associate Carrie LeBigre. David, who previously practiced at a boutique commercial litigation law firm in Philadelphia, joins Stradley Ronon in Malvern, Pennsylvania. Carrie was most recently a solo practitioner with experience at both global and boutique firms and will be based in Stradley Ronon’s New York office.

“David and Carrie are welcome additions as our growing department nears 80 lawyers,” said Jeff Grossman, chair of litigation. “We look forward to gaining their unique insights, broad knowledge and litigation skills that they bring to our client base.”

David focuses his practice on all aspects of civil litigation matters in state and federal courts. He has represented clients in business disputes, real estate and construction disputes, insurance coverage and bad faith claims, breach of contract actions, civil RICO claims, fiduciary duty claims, professional malpractice claims and creditors’ rights matters.

Carrie represents clients in litigation, investigations and compliance across a range of industries, including financial services, media, education and biotech.
