Don Felice focuses his practice on matters relating to the regulation of investment companies, investment advisers and their service providers as well as independent legal representation for mutual fund boards of directors and trustees. His work includes preparation and filing of complex proxy statements, preparation and filing of exemptive applications, negotiation of service contracts, review and preparation of registration statements, review and preparation of materials for board meetings, and research and counseling clients on various issues related to the Investment Company Act of 1940.
Prior to joining Stradley Ronon, Don was with another large New Jersey-based law firm where he represented investment companies and investment advisers in regulatory, corporate and transactional matters. He also previously served as a law clerk for the Honorable Robert A. Latrone in the First Judicial District of Pennsylvania. Prior to law school, Don worked on the design and development of the Magic: The Gathering card game.
