Bruce Leto Named to The Legal 500 Hall of Fame

PHILADELPHIA – Stradley Ronon Investment Management Practice Group Chair Bruce G. Leto has been chosen to The Legal 500 Hall of Fame in the category of investment fund formation and management: mutual/registered funds. The Hall of Fame distinction is given to  individuals who have “received constant praise by clients for continued excellence” and have been recognized by The Legal 500 as one of the elite leading lawyers for at least six consecutive years.

Leto is chair of Stradley Ronon’s Investment Management Group, one of the premier investment management practices in the United States, representing investment company clients with more than 1,000 separate funds and assets under management approaching $2 trillion. He provides counsel to investment companies, investment advisers, independent trustees and broker-dealers on securities and corporate law matters relating to pooled investment products, including registered and unregistered, open- and closed-end investment companies. Leto is a member of Stradley Ronon’s board of directors and is also on the advisory board of Board IQ, an industry publication that addresses issues confronting investment company independent directors.
