Fund Action article, "SEC Seeks to End Loan Rule Woes," commenting on the SEC’s semiannual agenda and addressing potential improvements of the Loan Rule.
"The SEC’s decision to try to improve the Loan Rule was not instigated by new Chairman Jay Clayton," said Baker in the article.
