PHILADELPHIA – Stradley Ronon Partner Lawrence P. Stadulis and Counsel George Michael Gerstein presented to clients and friends of the firm via conference call, “The DOL, the SEC and the States: Fiduciary Law Developments,” on Oct. 17. The briefing discussed the latest on the dynamic fiduciary law developments, including the DOL fiduciary rule and the impending Nevada regulations. Stadulis and Gerstein presented on behalf of Stradley Ronon’s new working group, Federal and State Fiduciary Laws Working Group, which is a collaboration of Stradley Ronon investment adviser, broker-dealer and ERISA lawyers tracking and analyzing legal developments pertaining to standards of care at the federal and state levels.
