Stradley Ronon Counsel John Baker was quoted in BoardIQ’s article, “SEC Delays Reporting Rule, Impacting Liquidity Rule Too,” which discusses the impact of the new Form N-PORT on both small and large companies, and the greater effect on large companies’ transparency with liquidity data.

“But the announced delay for filing N-PORT means larger firms will get three more months, until April 30, 2019, to report the liquidity data, says John Baker, counsel at Stradley Ronon. “That’s not immaterial,” he says. “That’s going to be meaningful to people.””
