Stradley Ronon Counsel John Baker was quoted in the Ignites article, “SEC's Data Reporting Rule Delay Impacts Liquidity Rule, Too,” which discussed how the SEC's delay in requiring filing of the new Form N-PORT is impacting the liquidity rule.
“That’s not immaterial,” Baker said to Ignites, discussing the reprieve to report liquidity data. “That’s going to be meaningful to people.”
