Chris Connell Presents at Association for Corporate Counsel’s Banking and Financial Services Law CLE

PHILADELPHIA – Stradley Ronon Partner Christopher S. Connell served as a panelist at the Association for Corporate Counsel’s Banking and Financial Services Law CLE on August 7 in Philadelphia. Connell’s panel, “Banking in the 21st Century – Settling into the Digital Age,” discussed technology-driven changes and the risks and challenges associated with those changes being felt by traditional banking and financial services firms.

Connell co-chairs Stradley Ronon’s corporate, securities and mergers and acquisitions practice group. He focuses his practice on the representation of financial institutions and other corporate clients in a variety of transactional matters, including mergers and acquisitions, offerings of debt and equity securities (both public and private), initial public offerings, and securities matters for public company financial institutions. He regularly advises financial institutions with respect to various federal and state regulatory and compliance matters and other general corporate law and governance issues
