PHILADELPHIA – Stradley Ronon Partner Christopher W. Rosenbleeth was appointed to Spark Philadelphia executive board on Nov. 1. Spark engages communities to provide career exploration and self-discovery opportunities that help middle school students understand, experience and pursue what’s possible.
Rosenbleeth is chair of Stradley Ronon’s Real Estate Practice Group. He represents banks and other lenders, equity investors, developers, real estate investment trusts (REITs), corporate clients, and strategic and financial investors in their real estate, finance and investment activities. Rosenbleeth advises clients in connection with projects in all parts of the country and, in particular, around the Greater Philadelphia metropolitan area.
