PHILADELPHIA – Stradley Ronon Partner Mark J. Dorval and firm attorneys volunteered at the Police Athletic League of Philadelphia’s 24 Math Challenge on March 20 and 21. The 24 Math Challenge is an annual contest where school-age children grades 5 – 8 solve math problems in a fun and challenging competition. Firm lawyers served as proctors for the event, which Stradley Ronon has sponsored for the past 15 years, providing the kids with dinner, snacks and, for the top three finishers in each grade, prizes and plaques. The event kept 200 girls and boys involved in a fun, safe and free learning-based activity under the guidance of their PAL Officers.

The partnership between Stradley Ronon and PAL, which was recognized in 2015 as one of the Philadelphia region’s top “hands-on initiatives” at the Philadelphia Business Journal’s Corporate Giving Awards, is one of many such philanthropic initiatives at the firm.
