PHILADELPHIA – Stradley Ronon Real Estate Practice Group Chair Christopher W. Rosenbleeth hosted a panel discussion on Philadelphia real estate development at the firm’s office in Philadelphia. Panelists Matt Cabrey, Executive Director of Select Greater Philadelphia, Anne Cummins, Chief Operating Officer of Gattuso Development Partners, and Lauren Gilchrist, Senior Vice President and Senior Director of Research of JLL, spoke on the panel, “Building Together: Life Sciences and Philly Real Estate.” The speakers discussed attracting the life sciences to Philadelphia, current and future impact on development and hot buttons for landlords and tenants.
