Christopher W. Rosenbleeth moderated the Real Estate Lenders Association (RELA) Philadelphia Market Managers Presentation on Nov. 7 in the firm’s Philadelphia office. RELA is the premier association for the commercial real estate and investing community. The panel consisted of market managers who discussed their views on the Philadelphia real estate market and the challenger of providing debt capital in today’s competitive and regulatory environment.
