Cillian Lynch Discusses the SEC’s Proposed Rule 2a-5 with BBD and SS&C ALPS

PHILADELPHIA – Stradley Ronon Partner Cillian M. Lynch joined John Braun and Cory Stewart, partners of accounting firm BBD, and Brad Swenson, Head of Registered Fund Services of SS&C ALPS for a webinar, titled, “The Next Evolution of Fair Value: The SEC's Proposed Rule 2a-5,” on August 12. The panel discussed the background of the proposed rule, reaction of the industry, and insight into what registered investment companies can expect next.

Lynch advises investment companies, investment advisers and independent directors in connection with regulatory, compliance and transactional issues. He also counsels clients on fund restructurings, matters of corporate governance and exemptive applications to the SEC.
