Michelle Badolato moderated the Camden County Bar Association’s Corporate Banking and Business Committee’s webinar on April 29. The webinar, “Trademark and Bankruptcy Issues for the Corporate Client,” covered trademark formation, maintenance and enforcement, and clawback actions and proofs of claim in bankruptcy.
Badolato concentrates her practice in the areas of
financial services litigation, banking litigation and law, commercial litigation, foreclosure and bankruptcy. Her background, however, has spanned a variety of other practice areas, including construction law, intellectual property, real estate transactions, insurance defense, family law and probate matters. Badolato is presently a member of the financial services litigation group, which resolves disputes involving consumer and commercial financial products or services.
