PHILADELPHIA – Stradley Ronon is proud to announce that the Leadership Council on Legal Diversity (LCLD) selected Dean Krishna as a Fellow in LCLD’s landmark Fellows Program. This Program is designed for diverse junior partners who have demonstrated leadership through community impact and commitment to equity and inclusion.

In addition, Gabriella Leyhane and Cameron Redfern have been selected for the organization’s Pathfinder Program. The Pathfinder Program is designed for junior associates who have a passion and dedication to building diverse professional networks, developing foundational leadership skills, and understanding career development strategies.

LCLD is an organization of more than 400 corporate chief legal officers and law firm managing partners – the leadership of the profession – who have pledged themselves to create a truly diverse U.S. legal profession. Stradley first joined LCLD in 2013 and has been an active member for the last decade. In 2019 Stradley was named a Top Performer by LCLD, an honor that recognizes organizations that are most active in the LCLD community.

Krishna is a partner in the firm’s tax department and centers his practice on international and domestic tax matters. He advises on matters including mergers and acquisitions, private fund agreements, investments and structuring; commercial securities offerings; business restructurings; and general domestic and cross-border tax planning.

Leyhane is an associate in the firm’s investment management group and focuses her practice on counseling investment companies, including mutual funds, closed-end funds and exchange-traded funds, and investment advisers on regulatory, compliance, and transactional issues.

Redfern is an associate in the firm’s litigation department and focuses on complex civil litigation, representing corporate and institutional clients in a range of business litigation matters. Her litigation practice also includes researching and drafting legal memoranda and motions, interviewing witnesses, and attending conferences and hearings.
