The webcast, “Global Perspectives on Navigating a Divergent ESG Regulatory Landscape,” covered the regulatory environment relating to ESG disclosure and its impact on global fund managers. The panelists discussed, among other topics, greenwashing, how ESG definitions and disclosure may differ across the EU, UK and US, and regulation of fund names.
