PHILADELPHIA – Stradley Ronon is pleased to announce Partner Amy C. Fitzsimmons served as a panelist at Investment Company Institute (ICI)’s 2022 Tech Summit, which was held on Nov. 8. The panel, “Leveraging Technology for Effective Oversight Programs,” featured Fitzsimmons, Phil Davis, CTO Co-Founder of Milestone Group, and Dennis Mason, Chief Compliance Office of F/m Funds. Their panel discussed building an effective service provider oversight program in the current regulatory environment.
Fitzsimmons focuses her practice on advising investment companies and investment advisory clients on regulatory, compliance and transactional matters under federal and state securities laws. Her practice includes assisting clients with registration and regulation of new and existing funds, board issues, fund restructurings, fund shareholder meetings and proxy materials, and other regulatory and compliance matters.
