The With Intelligence Mutual Fund and ETF Awards recognize the best business leaders, innovators, product development experts, fund directors and fund performers in the U.S. Entries are submitted from firms and individuals across the sector and are evaluated by leading industry professionals.
Sturgis’ experience includes assisting clients in matters such as the formation, registration and ongoing regulation of investment companies, including index-based and actively managed exchange-traded funds (ETFs) and mutual funds across a wide range of asset classes. She also assists in the representation of clients in transactional matters, such as fund mergers and acquisitions.
Sturgis focuses her practice on counseling investment companies and investment advisers in connection with various regulatory, compliance and transactional issues. She serves on the Leadership Board of the Philadelphia Chapter of Women in ETFs, an organization that seeks to bring together people in the ETF industry to champion goals of equality, diversity and inclusion.
