PHILADELPHIA – Stradley Ronon is pleased to announce that Chief Operating Officer Marissa Parker and Director of Knowledge Management Sarah Andrews together presented at the annual Knowledge Management & Innovation for Legal Conference in New York City, a premier event for KM and innovation professionals of all levels.
Their presentation, entitled “Green Eggs and KM: Building a Firm-Wide Program from the Ground Up,” gave attendees a front-row seat as to how Parker and Andrews envisioned, evangelized and built Stradley Ronon’s knowledge management program. Their program highlighted the firm’s KM principles to increase lawyer efficiency by building out knowledge-sharing collaboration and training spaces to help legal teams reliably build upon prior work product. They also shared stories about targeted process improvement projects and the firm’s GPT Frontrunners group as examples of the firm’s focus on continuous process improvement and integrating evolving technology.
Parker is the chief operating officer of Stradley Ronon, combining her legal experience and passion for people-centricity to drive operational agility and exceptional client service. She works closely with the members of the management committee in overseeing the firm’s operations, including talent, information technology and security, practice management, administration and knowledge management and supports the development and implementation of the firm’s strategy.
As the firm’s director of knowledge management, Andrews helps legal teams transform how they capture, curate and share collective knowledge. She has spent more than 15 years in Big Law, enhancing the efficiency and accuracy with which teams tackle legal and operational projects.
