Though the global pandemic has slowed the pace of commerce, it has not slowed the conflicts that arise between businesses. Mediated solutions to these problems are still available. Bennett G. Picker, Commercial Mediation - An active participant in the Philadelphia Bar Association, Ben served as the Association’s chancellor and as chairman of the Association’s board of governors, judiciary committee and appellate courts committee. Ben was also was recognized as one of the world’s leading commercial mediators in the “International Who’s Who of Commercial Mediation” 2014 - 2018. The only Pennsylvania honoree, he was selected for providing “excellent work handling disputes involving corporate and commercial transactions.” Also recognized as an outstanding lawyer in mediation by the American Pennsylvania and Philadelphia Bar Associations.

Patrick R. Kingsley, Construction Mediation - Pat is an experienced construction neutral and a panelist on the American Arbitration Association’s list for large and complex construction disputes. He is a fellow of the American College of Civil Trial Mediators and a distinguished neutral with the International Center for Conflict Prevention and Resolution and the National Association of Distinguished Neutrals.  

Deborah A Reperowitz, Creditors’ Rights Mediation - Debbie has served as a mediator or arbitrator in numerous commercial disputes, including those arising in the bankruptcy case of Dewey & LeBoeuf and the Madoff liquidations.

Kevin R. Casey, Intellectual Property Mediation - Kevin considers ADR to be an integral part of his practice, participating in various ADR procedures as a party representative and as a neutral.
