Zunara Ishtiaq is a member of the firm’s business department and focuses her practice on structuring secured and unsecured financings, including acquisition financings and asset-based and real estate loans for commercial banks, investment funds, and public and private companies.

Zunara graduated from Rutgers Law School, where she served as a Board Member for Rutgers Law’s Diversity, Inclusion and Belonging Subcommittee and worked with the law school’s Immigrant Justice Clinic to provide pro bono legal services. While in law school, Zunara interned with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission and Corporate Counsel Women of Color and has professional experience as a law clerk and pre-litigation assistant. She was also a member of Stradley Ronon’s summer associate class. Zunara received her B.A. in Political Science from Rutgers University.
