Overview

As senior counsel, Jonathan Miller advises clients on sophisticated domestic and international matters in the areas of corporate finance and securities regulation and issues related to the Investment Company Act of 1940 and the Investment Advisers Act.

Jon has worked on a diverse range of financing transactions, including securities offerings for investment funds and advisers, hedge funds and mortgage REITs. He also has represented clients in public and private equity and debt offerings involving various industries, including financial services, energy, manufacturing, technology and telecommunications.

Prior to joining Stradley Ronon, Jon was senior counsel in the New York office of a leading multinational law firm, where he gained international experience working in their Tokyo office.
