Joelle E. Polesky has broad experience in many areas of civil litigation, with a focus on corporate and commercial litigation. Joelle has appeared in all the major courts in Delaware, and has extensive knowledge of practice and procedures in the Supreme Court, Court of Chancery and Superior Court of Delaware.

Prior to joining Stradley Ronon, Joelle was in public service for several years. She acted as a deputy attorney general at the Delaware Department of Justice, Fraud and Consumer Protection division, prosecuting civil and criminal fraud matters, including litigation of a dispute over a multibillion dollar trust impacting access to, and quality of, health care in Delaware, and litigation relating to a major ratings agency’s representations regarding ratings accuracy in connection with the 2008 financial crisis. At the beginning of her career, Joelle clerked for Hon. Roderick R.
