  • defended an insurer in mediation of litigation arising from a tragic death resulting from a propane explosion in Western Pennsylvania. The mediation was completed with no exposure to the insurer
  • defended a window manufacturer against multiple construction defect claims asserted in consolidated lawsuits pending in Middlesex County, New Jersey. The parties included a condominium association, the developer and master builder, and dozens of contractors and suppliers
