Stradley Ronon’s M&A team assisted Triumph Group with the sale of its subsidiary, Triumph Aerospace Systems - Newport News to Calspan Corporation. Triumph Aerospace Systems – Newport News, which will now operate as Calspan Systems Corporation, is a globally-recognized, industry-leading, engineering, design, analysis and manufacturing firm, specializing in the engineering and manufacture of complex hardware and prototype systems. The divestiture will allow Triumph Group to focus more intently on its core business capabilities.
