Jeremy M. Miller


Jeremy M. Miller is a member of the firm’s business department and counsels investors, entrepreneurs, and public and private companies in all aspects of their business needs. He represents established and emerging businesses on general corporate, transactional, and securities law matters. Jeremy advises clients on transactions related to mergers and acquisitions, sales, financings, restructurings and franchises. He has experience representing companies in a variety of industries, including financial services, healthcare, technology and gaming.

Jeremy earned his J.D. from Touro College Jacob D. Fuchsberg Law Center, where he was a member of the Touro Law Review, and his B.A. from University at Albany, State University of New York.

  • Affiliates of Littlejohn & Co. and Wellfleet Credit Partners in the sale of Wellfleet Credit Partners, a collateralized loan obligation (CLO) manager with approximately $6.5 billion in assets under management, to Blue Owl Capital
  • Fora, a modern travel agency startup, in connection with its $5 million seed funding round
  • StreamWeaver, a software company offering enterprises end-to-end observability, AI operations and cloud migration, in connection with its sale to BMC, a global leader in software solutions for Autonomous Digital Enterprises
  • a public distributor of dental and healthcare products in the creation of a new entity with a national dental supplies provider in order to better serve state dental association members with an online-only option for purchasing dental supplies
  • Petabyte Technology, a veterinary practice management software company, in connection with

  • a litigation loan servicing company in its acquisition of a $9 million litigation lien portfolio from a registered investment fund
  • Progress Physical Therapy in a multimillion dollar membership interest purchase agreement with Ivy Rehab, a network of more than 175 outpatient physical and occupational therapy clinics in 10 states
  • Stadium Goods, a streetwear and sneaker resale store and e-commerce site, in its multimillion dollar sale to Farfetch Limited, a publicly-traded global technology platform for the luxury fashion industry
  • Winthrop-University Hospital (now NYU-Winthrop) in its affiliation with NYU Langone Health System
  • a rental and sales equipment company in its acquisition of substantially all of the assets of a lifting and construction machinery business
  • a commercial HVAC service, maintenance and construction company in the acquisition of its equity by a multinational electric utility company
  • a manufacturer and distributor of mortars, adhesives, grout, caulk & stain, additive and surface prep in the acquisition of its equity by an international manufacturer of specialty solutions for the construction industry
  • a baked goods company in the acquisition of three divisions by a worldwide manufacturer of baked goods
