PHILADELPHIA – Stradley Ronon Partner Steve Feinour served as a moderator at the New York Stock Exchange’s ETF Summit on May 1 in New York. Feinour’s panel, “The Regulatory Landscape: Is 2018 the Year for Approval?” discussed the regulatory outlook for the approval of less transparent actively managed ETFs.
Feinour is a partner in Stradley Ronon’s investment management group and counsels investment companies and investment advisers in connection with various regulatory, compliance and transactional issues.
