Steve Feinour will present at a webinar held by Foreside Financial Group on Sept. 18. The webinar, entitled, “Exchange-Traded Fund Roundtable: Developing & Launching Your ETF,” will discuss regulatory, operational and compliance needs firms should assess before coming to market, and insights into the overall ETF distribution landscape.
Feinour is a partner in Stradley Ronon’s investment management group and counsels investment companies and investment advisers in connection with various regulatory, compliance and transactional issues. He regularly advises clients on matters such as the formation, registration and ongoing regulation of investment companies, including index-based and actively managed ETFs.
