PHILADELPHIA – Stradley Ronon Partners Jonathan Bloom and Danielle Banks served as speakers to the Association of Corporate Counsel (ACC), on July 9, in a webinar titled, “Get Out of Your Own Comfort Zone: Repairing the Implicit and Overt Racial Bias in your Organization.” The ACC sought this to address this issue head-on following the racial consciousness that has swept across the country in recent months, sparked by the outrage that began on the streets of Minneapolis. The presentation provided viewers with honest and difficult insight on how to help uncover and repair both the subtle and not-so-subtle racism that may be deeply embedded within an organization.
