Reperowitz is a nationally recognized bankruptcy and commercial litigation attorney and co-chair of the firm’s
bankruptcy, workouts & creditors’ rights group. A former partner at “Biglaw” firms and senior vice president and chief litigation counsel at CIT Group, Reperowitz uses her experience as in-house and law firm counsel to provide clients with pragmatic, business-minded advice and representation in all aspects of bankruptcy, business restructuring and commercial litigation matters. Reperowitz also has an active
alternate dispute resolution practice and frequently serves as a mediator or arbitrator. She is listed on the panels of mediators and arbitrators maintained by the American Arbitration Association, the Bankruptcy Court for the Southern District of New York and the District of Delaware. She has represented clients in the financial services, healthcare, insurance, real estate, telecommunications, airline and general manufacturing sectors.
Gershkow focuses her practice on advising
investment companies,
independent trustees and
investment advisers on regulatory and compliance matters and the applicability and interpretation of securities laws. She frequently counsels on the formation, registration, and ongoing compliance of investment companies, including
exchange-traded funds (ETFs),
money market funds, and multi-manager funds. Gershkow assists money market fund clients in addressing the many varied matters impacting money market fund management, operations, and compliance. She also advises independent trustees of investment companies in corporate governance and regulatory matters.
Lazarev is a registered patent attorney who concentrates his practice on matters related to patent drafting and prosecution, due diligence, portfolio management, opinion analysis work, and licensing investigations in the biotechnology and pharmaceutical industries.
