Jennifer Gniady Presents Workshop at 2021 Resource Center for Religious Institutes National Conference

PHILADELPHIA – Stradley Ronon is pleased to announce that Jennifer A. Gniady, counsel and member of the firm’s nonprofit & religious organizations practice group, presented the workshop, “Tax Planning: Reporting and Regulation for New Ventures, Collaborations, and Innovations,” at the 2021 Resource Center for Religious Institutes Conference on Oct. 27. Gniady’s session provided guidance for churches, religious and charitable organizations seeking to comply with the latest regulatory requirements that affect tax-exempt organizations pursuing collaborative and innovative enterprises to further their ministries and find sustainable revenue models.
Gniady helps nonprofit organizations of all sizes navigate complex legal issues while remaining true to their charitable missions. Her practice combines experience with both tax exemption issues and corporate matters. She works with clients to respond to existing threats and legal issues, while counseling practices to strengthen the organization in the long term. Her clients include charities, religious organizations, associations, schools and arts organizations. Her practice includes forming nonprofit organizations, advising on corporate governance and bylaws, analyzing lobbying and fundraising practices, responding to inquiries from IRS, state, and local charitable regulators and managing litigation.
Stradley Ronon’s nonprofit and religious organizations practice group addresses the challenges and obstacles that nonprofits face helping them achieve their missions. The practice represents tax-exempt organizations of all stripes – religious organizations, colleges and universities, charter schools and other educational institutions, health care and social services agencies, and others serving the community – regarding the myriad legal issues that arise throughout their life cycles.
