Keith Dutill spoke at the 2022 Investment Management Conference hosted by Investment Company Institute (ICI) on March 29. Dutill was featured on the panel “Funds and Shareholder Litigation: Policies, Procedures and Practices,” which covered topics including mutual funds as plaintiffs, analysis of relevant cases, securities litigation policies, and more.
Dutill is a trial lawyer with a national practice focused on high stakes litigation including securities fraud and investment management disputes. He is an elected Fellow of the American College of Trial Lawyers and has been consistently listed by The Best Lawyers in America in multiple substantive litigation fields. Over the course of his career, Dutill has tried more than 50 cases to conclusion. On behalf of plaintiffs in securities fraud cases, he has recovered in excess of $200 million in the aggregate for his clients.
