During the panel titled “Breakfast and ETFs: A Playbook to Success,” Feinour and other speakers discussed the current state of the ETF ecosystem and key considerations for asset management firms interested in launching ETFs, including recent trends and industry developments.
Feinour focuses his practice on counseling investment companies and investment advisers on a wide range of issues arising under the Investment Company Act of 1940 and other federal securities laws.
