PHILADELPHIA – Stradley Ronon Senior Counsel Samuel J. Arena, Jr. served as the moderator for a panel titled “The Sky Did Not Fall―But The Jury Is Still Out…The Influence of the Restatements in the Courts and State Legislatures” at the American College of Coverage Counsel’s 2023 Insurance Law Symposium.
