Stradley Ronon Partner Sara Crovitz Moderates Panel on Registered Investment Companies

WASHINGTON — Stradley Ronon partner Sara Crovitz served as moderator for a panel discussion examining the latest trends and compliance best practices for registered investment companies at the Investment Adviser Association’s 2024 Investment Adviser Compliance Conference in Washington, D.C. The March 7 panel focused on the 15(c) process for advisers and other governance practices around fees, disclosures and reporting; 38a-1 compliance programs; and recent rulemaking.

As vice chair of the firm’s investment management practice, Sara provides counsel on all aspects of investment company and investment adviser regulation. Sara’s sophisticated understanding of U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission regulation and compliance for investment companies and advisers is sought after in the asset management industry. Prior to joining Stradley Ronon, Sara was deputy chief counsel and associate director in the SEC’s Division of Investment Management.
