PHILADELPHIA – Stradley Ronon was listed as one of only three “Tier 1” law firms for mutual/registered/exchange-traded funds in the recently released 2019 edition of The Legal 500 United States. The prestigious legal directory noted that clients commended the firm as “very well versed in all aspects of investment law, particularly as it relates to '40 Act mutual funds.”

Investment Management Practice Group Co-Chair Bruce G. Leto, a member of The Legal 500’s Hall of Fame, and several other firm attorneys were also recommended for their work, including Investment Management Practice Group Co-Chair Matthew R. DiClemente, and Partners Ruth S. Epstein, Alison M. Fuller, Michael D. Mabry, Michael W. Mundt, Michael P. O’Hare and Eric S. Purple. The addition of Partners David W. Grim and Sara P. Crovitz from the SEC was also noted.

Published annually, The Legal 500 is an independent ranking guide that recommends law firms based on a survey of more than 250,000 corporate counsel. The publication is widely acknowledged as the world’s largest legal referral guide.
