Kevin Boyle Elected Vice President of Philadelphia Futures’ Board of Directors

PHILADELPHIA – Stradley Ronon Partner Kevin R. Boyle was elected vice president of Philadelphia Futures’ board of directors. Philadelphia Futures is a nonprofit organization created by the merger of Philadelphia Futures and White-Williams Scholars to provide Philadelphia’s low-income students with the necessary resources for admission to and success in college.

Boyle, who has served on Philadelphia Futures’ board of directors for the past eight years, is a member of Stradley Ronon’s board of directors and management committee, and serves as the firm’s financial partner. He concentrates his practice on mergers and acquisitions, financing, real estate, nonprofit and insurance-related matters. He represents large and small companies, nonprofit and religious organizations, and individuals in business, real estate and banking matters.
