Stradley Ronon associate Michael Tang was named a finalist in the Diversity Initiative category by The Legal Intelligencer as part of the 2024 Pennsylvania Legal Awards. In a Q&A with the publication, Mike shared his thoughts on promoting diversity, equity and inclusion within Pennsylvania law firms and in the legal profession at large.
“Law firms should consider engaging directly with affinity law school student and college student groups to increase the pipeline of diverse candidates looking to enter the legal profession because that is where a significant population of these candidates are located,” Mike told The Legal.
