Steven A. Scolari was a presenter at the Pennsylvania Bar Institute (PBI) course “Hot Topics in M&A 2022.” The PBI program covered several topics including an overview of the M&A landscape in 2021, tax issues in M&A, the lender’s perspective in those deals, representations and warranty insurance issues, earnout provisions, Delaware court developments and regulatory issues in the M&A area, and trends for 2022.
Scolari serves as co-chair of the firm’s
closely held & family owned businesses practice and provides practical and strategic legal and business advice to executives and owners of both private and public businesses in connection with a variety of transactional matters, as well as business succession planning engagements, in a wide scope of industries. Those transactions include mergers and acquisitions (M&A), debt and equity financings, joint ventures and corporate restructurings.
