PHILADELPHIA – Stradley Ronon is pleased to announce that Partner and Vice Chair – Business Department, Caroline C. Gorman, was named as one of the winners of The M&A Advisor’s 13th Annual Emerging Leaders Award. This nationwide recognition celebrates the accomplishments of dealmakers, attorneys, investment bankers and other professionals in the M&A, finance, and turnaround industry whose significant level of success while still under the age of 40 establishes them as the industry’s emerging leaders.
Caroline was chosen from a pool of prominent nominees throughout the country for her notable accomplishments as legal counsel on public finance and all aspects of secured and unsecured financing, including construction and real estate loans, acquisition financing, and asset-based financing matters. An independent judging panel of distinguished members of the M&A, finance and turnaround communities selected her. She will be formally recognized at “The M&A Advisor’s Awards Gala” this fall.

Caroline’s importance to Stradley Ronon is demonstrated by her involvement with firm management and leadership positions. Caroline’s practice group was ranked in the top tiers of the 2022 ‘Best Law Firm’ by Best Lawyers. She is an active member of several regional and national organizations, including serving on the Board of Directors of Pan American Academy Charter School, a local bilingual charter school located in North Philadelphia.
