PHILADELPHIA – Stradley Ronon is pleased to announce that Partner Lisa R. Jacobs presented at the Pennsylvania Bar Institute’s (PBI) Annual Contracts Workshop 2023. Her presentation, “Selected Issues in LLC Formation and Operations,” addressed non-compete provisions, fiduciary duties and information rights. In addition to presenting, Jacobs also served as a course planner for the program, developing the seminar and its written materials.
Attorneys attended the workshop held at PBI’s CLE Conference Center to discuss the cutting-edge developments in the law that affect both contract drafting and enforcement.
