PHILADELPHIA – Stradley Ronon partner Deborah Hong was recently recognized with the Most Powerful & Influential Women of Philadelphia Award at the 9th Annual Philadelphia Diversity & Leadership Conference on Sept. 6. This annual event is held to educate and create local dialogue on diversity and inclusion and to celebrate the wide array of differences in our communities.
Hong focuses her practice on corporate transactions, including mergers and acquisitions, venture capital transactions, joint ventures, and corporate restructurings and reorganizations. Her clients include a number of privately owned, middle-market companies as well as publicly held companies in the technology, media, retail, investment management and manufacturing sectors.
