Overview

Todd Vanett counsels and provides advice to middle-market companies on various matters including corporate and tax aspects of mergers and acquisitions, restructurings and liquidations, and financing transactions. He also counsels clients on business formations and transaction structure, including the use of limited liability companies, S corporations and partnerships. Todd rounds out his practice in his dealings with private investment partnerships (including private equity, venture capital and hedge fund formation and investing) and estate, income tax and asset-protection planning for high-net-worth individuals.

Todd is a former member of the firm’s board of directors, where he served for more than 10 years.

  • managed acquisitions of the Stavola Companies, a family-owned and operated business, consisting of asphalt, recycling and constructions materials, and contracting and real estate
  • structured large equity offerings and private investment partnerships for CMS Companies, a wealth allocation and investment management organization
