Overview

Todd Vanett counsels and provides advice to middle-market companies on various matters including corporate and tax aspects of mergers and acquisitions, restructurings and liquidations, equity and financing transactions. He also counsels clients on business formations and transaction structure, including the use of limited liability companies, S corporations and partnerships. Todd rounds out his practice by counseling private equity clients with a focus on control and non-control investments, fund formation and divestitures. He also provides estate, income tax and asset-protection planning advice for high net-worth individuals.

Todd is a former member of the firm’s Board of Directors, where he served for more than 10 years.

  • counseled Lovell Minnick Partners in its majority investment in CenterSquare Investment Management, a global investment manager with approximately $9 billion in assets under management in U.S. and global real estate and infrastructure investments

  • structured the sale of Brandywine Asset Management, an alternative investing institution that develops and manages a variety of trading programs in the global equity and futures markets
