Nicole Stover, vice chair of Stradley Ronon’s litigation department, spoke at a roundtable on artificial intelligence (AI) in the human resources (HR) sector at the European American Chamber of Commerce New York. Stover and other speakers addressed topics such as AI’s usefulness with diversity, equity and inclusion practices, safety net needs for AI, current AI legislation in the U.S. and European Union and how AI will change HR in the workplace.

She recently co-authored an article for BenefitsPRO on the impact AI will have on HR professionals.
