Stradley Ronon Litigation Vice Chair Discusses Artificial Intelligence at European American Chamber of Commerce Event

PHILADELPHIA – Stradley Ronon is pleased to announce that A. Nicole Stover, vice chair of Stradley Ronon’s litigation department, spoke at a roundtable on artificial intelligence (AI) in the human resources (HR) sector at the European American Chamber of Commerce New York. Stover and other speakers addressed topics such as AI’s usefulness with diversity, equity and inclusion practices, safety net needs for AI, current AI legislation in the U.S. and European Union and how AI will change HR in the workplace.

Stover is a strategic business partner to corporate and nonprofit clients in all areas of employment law, including mergers and acquisitions, discrimination and harassment, competition and trade secrets, and compensation and benefits. She recently co-authored an article for BenefitsPRO on the impact AI will have on HR professionals.

Stover focuses on practical, streamlined approaches to manage risk and retain top talent. She assists clients in proactively managing risk through internal investigations, tactical litigation and agreement and policy drafting, with a focus on financial services and educational organizations.
