Nicole Stover served as a panelist during a webinar hosted by the National Association of Church Personnel Administrators, NACPA.org, “The COVID-19 Vaccine’s Short-Term and Long-Term Impact on the Workplace.” Stover discussed human resources, legal, and policy considerations regarding COVID-19 vaccination and actions for leaders to take now, and plan for in the future, to promote employee vaccination.
Stover focuses her practice on
employment law, representing employers and key executives in connection with human resources compliance, mergers and acquisitions, compensation, and benefits. She also conducts internal investigations and litigates wage and hour, discrimination, harassment, and restrictive covenant disputes.
