A. Nicole Stover and Elizabeth Kuschel Present at Human Resources Council

PHILADELPHIAA. Nicole Stover and Elizabeth A. Kuschel were featured speakers at the Human Resources Council sponsored by the Chamber of Commerce of Southern New Jersey on Jan. 30. Stover and Kuschel’s presentation, “Me too or Not Us: Revisiting Sexual Harassment and Response,” addressed key action items for human resources professionals in the wake of current headlines and discussed existing and proposed laws impacting sexual harassment investigation and response. The Human Resources Council is comprised of human resources professionals who meet regularly to hear in-depth presentations by experts on the latest workplace issues impacting employers and to share best practices.

Stover focuses her practice on employment with a concentration on the representation of employers and key executives. She regularly provides legal advice in connection with the development of human resources policies and procedures, conducts internal investigations, and litigates employment discrimination, non-competition and wage payment claims in proceedings before federal and state courts and administrative agencies.

Kuschel concentrates her practice on representing clients in civil litigation matters, including employment disputes involving discrimination, harassment, and wage and hour claims.
